1. Digital Product Policy

StayCanada™ is a digital educational portal. Upon purchase, access credentials and portal login details are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Because digital access is granted and delivered electronically, all sales are considered final and irrevocable once delivery has been initiated.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) you have reviewed the product description and understand what you are purchasing; (b) you waive any right to a refund, return, exchange, or credit of any kind once your purchase is confirmed; and (c) the digital nature of the product means it cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense.

2. No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• You have received access credentials and accessed or reviewed any portion of the portal
• You are dissatisfied with the results, outcomes, or content of the portal
• You claim the product did not meet your individual immigration needs or circumstances
• You have changed your mind after purchase
• Your immigration situation has changed after purchase
• You did not achieve a specific immigration outcome
• More than 48 hours have passed since purchase without contacting support
• A chargeback or payment dispute has already been filed

3. Technical Access Issues

If you have not received your access credentials within 2 hours of purchase confirmation, you must contact us immediately at contact@kairodigitalsolutions.co with your order confirmation number and the email address used at checkout.

Do not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us. We resolve access issues promptly, typically within a few hours. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions and will be contested with full documentation.

4. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor (including Stripe) without first contacting our support team and allowing 5 business days for resolution is considered a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and constitutes attempted fraud.

In the event of any chargeback filed without prior contact, Kairo Digital Solutions will:

• Contest the chargeback with full documentation including your purchase confirmation, timestamped acceptance of Terms, access delivery logs, and all available evidence
• Pursue recovery of all chargeback fees, administrative costs, and legal fees from you
• Permanently revoke your access to all Kairo Digital Solutions products and platforms
• Reserve the right to pursue civil legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks

5. Delivery Timeline Disclaimer

Access is delivered within 2 hours of payment confirmation under normal circumstances. Delivery times may be affected by payment processing delays, email delivery services, spam filters, or other technical factors outside our direct control. If you experience a delay beyond 2 hours, contact us before assuming non-delivery.
