Upon purchase, access credentials and portal login details are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Because digital access is granted and delivered electronically, all sales are considered final and irrevocable once delivery has been initiated.

Do not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us. We resolve access issues promptly, typically within a few hours. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions and will be contested with full documentation.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor (including Stripe) without first contacting our support team and allowing 5 business days for resolution is considered a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and constitutes attempted fraud.
